Profile
The office is a medium-sized lawyer's office with internal and external collaborators who are qualified to act as well in Belgium as in Germany, with correspondents in Germany, the Netherlands, France, the UK, Italy and the USA.
Private individuals as well as companies are assisted to find a solution for legal problems, judicial as well as extrajudicial, in the countries mentioned above.
The office handles all matters concerning civil, commercial and penal law, disputes concerning construction, transport, traffic, contracts, damages, recovery and execution. Also the office can assist with mediation and arbitration. Mr. De Cock intends with his double qualification as a lawyer in Belgium and a "Rechtsanwalt" in Germany, and in co-operation with German colleagues, to assist as well Belgian clients in Germany, as German clients in Belgium. Mr. De Cock is known at the embassy of Germany in Brussels and the embassy of Belgium in Berlin.
